Mini Cheeseburger

2 lb Lean Ground Beef 20 Saltine Crackers, crushed 2/3 c Finely Chopped Onion 2 Eggs, beaten 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 3/4 c Ketchup, divided 4 Slim Cut Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slice, cut in half 1 Dill Pickle, cut into 8 slices each |
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meat, cracker crumbs, onions, eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup ketchup until just blended. Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Shape meat mix into 8 small loaves; place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until done, topping with remaining ketchup and cheese after 20 minutes. Top with pickles before serving. |
